How the importance of communication kind of goes unnoticed

As we all know earthlings can sometimes act in the most moronic ways but have we ever really thought that most of these moronic activities could just be the aftermath of miscommunication ? I mean miscommunication is a daily occurrence which can lead to the most minute repercussions or the deaths of thousands .For all we know, an atomic bombing and one of the greatest tragedies known to mankind could have been avoided if only for proper communication .
